One of the largest volume Case IH dealers in Wisconsin is looking for someone to join our Service Department as a Service Writer at our Barneveld, WI location. We are looking for an individual that understands the increased demands during the peak seasons.
 
We will provide on-the-job training by working closely with our service manager.
 
Service Writer Primary Job Functions Include:

1. Responsible for selling parts, labor and wholegoods service while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
2. Shop ticket billing
3. Schedule all service work and assign to technicians
4. Advise customers of repairs and estimated cost of their repairs
5. Communicate effectively with customers throughout the repair process
6. Maintain clean and orderly shop
7. Keep special tools up-to-date
8. Assist technicians when needed
9. Work as a team with all other departments

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following traits: excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, computer literate, self motivated, hard working, team player, positive attitude, organized and detail-oriented.  A farming background is a plus.

We are looking for a technician that is looking to grow and advance in the powersports industry.  The ideal candidate should have: a strong work ethic, the ability to diagnose electrical, drivability and engine repairs, the ability to perform routine maintenance and install accessories on new units.

Ag Machinery Technician

Ritchie Implement, Inc. has an opening for an Ag Machinery Technician at our Cobb, Darlington, Barneveld, & Lancaster, WI locations. We are looking for individuals that understands the increased demands of a Farm Equipment Technician during the peak seasons and is willing to go the extra mile during these demanding times.

Major Job activities include Inspection and troubleshooting - Resolving service concerns - Continued training on product lines - Performing on farm service calls - Setting-up new machinery and pre-delivery inspections - Problem-solving and decision making - Communicating with service manager and customers fluently.

Parts Department Counter Sales

• Promptly, respectfully and accurately assist customer with parts needs
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers
• Assist other stores with parts needs and the transfer of parts between stores
• Pull/Fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy
• Shipping and receiving
• Keep current on product knowledge, features, and benefits of the parts stocked/sold
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
• Supply service technician with parts as required
• Share in the responsibility of after-hours call with other parts department staff

• Knowledge of agricultural equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Computer skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb ladders, operate a forklift and other machinery, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
